If you are reading this, you are probably seeking changes in one or more areas of your life. Let's face it, at times, life is difficult and we become "stuck". I come from a Cognitive Behavioral, strengths-based perspective in a supportive, non-judgmental environment to help you work through whatever it is that is impacting your emotional health.
We will work together to develop goals for what you want to achieve. The skills you develop will help you to be more successful in all areas of lifeā¦.school, home, work, interpersonal relationships. Perhaps you are ready to start working through the pain you are in; to learn how to love and value yourself more; to know and understand yourself better; to heal from a traumatic or abusive life event; to experience less conflict and greater intimacy and connection in your relationships; to identify and shift from patterns or behaviors that are no longer working for you, or simply to feel more joy in life.
Therapy can help you to work through these and a wide variety of other issues that impact the life you want for yourself, your children, your partner, your family. We can work together to ease the pain, to begin to heal, to make the choices that are best for you, and to develop a stronger sense of self to help you maneuver through the challenges of life.
